So, bizarrely, the kitty in the video above was pinched from a South African video. The Kiffness is a South African muso who does weird and wonderful things. This is called Num Num Cat and it comes from an EP he released called Cat Jams. Strange but true.
My little dog Chloe. I mentioned on here a while back that she’d been sick. She’s getting old (12) and has got megaesophagus which means food doesn’t necessarily go down, it hangs around in her esophagus, so she has to be kept upright for 20 minutes after eating. But she is still a sweet little thing!
Thanks. I didn’t mean to make it all about her being sick — she’s really doing pretty well and in great spirits. We just have to manage her care. She still goes for her walks every day.
It's part of the walk we do most often, a little stream which runs off The Avon. Oddly, I have never seen children paddling there, but dogs seem to love it. If its warm enough I sometimes take a book and sit and read whilst Oscar paddles.
This was Burma who died just over a year ago. I'll always miss him, I loved him and he loved me right back. He loved everyone in the family but cats always have a favourite and I was his. Burmese cats are more like dogs in many ways. He would sit in a cold room just to be with me rather than find a warmer spot.
And yes, that is a fussball table. Sadly, I have nobody to play against these days and no Burma to interrupt a game.
This is the last photo I took with my good cat Blue. A few nights before he died. You can see how near the end he is in his eyes and his appearance. It's hard for me to look at, but it felt so good to lie with my head on his flank and feel him softly purr. He was such a regal fucking beast.
I watched this several times, and he always makes me laugh...
Looking at my cats like what the fuck do you do?
One more... So bad it's good.

We all need a laugh or two.

Help!
Blue likes the album a lot. (She’s taken the dog’s spot. She also matches the decor.)
Momma Girl & Uncle Bubby.
Former strays, mostly tamed by love.
Am I the only one who put on the White Album after seeing this picture?
A litter of piglets at the farm shop/cafe
we visited today. After seeing them I resisted the bacon and opted for the veggie breakfast!
That's my boy, sitting on my stomach.

A morning paddle
I'm sorry. I could not resist.
And this is Clarence the Sheep!
Alpaca walking today with two friends. The alpacas were adorable! Sorry Oscar...

Tibby is in the house
Sorry! I do remember when Emma died, but yes they do live on. I can still 'feel' Oscar's predecessor's fur, which was quite different.
Thank you! But I gave the wrong impression: This was two years ago in January.
But they live on with you, don't they?
I can relate to that so well. The last nights my little Emma spent sleeping in the crook of my arm, purring slightly and getting weaker by the hour.

Well I like cats, hate snakes and as for rock and roll...
It's for cats and snakes and rock and roll.
Is this the dog thread?
